Funny thing is, they're both voiced the same actress in SF64, Lyssa Browne. You can kinda tell in the game.
(Yeah, Slippy a male, is voiced by a girl. It's not uncommon in games/animation, especially Japanese ones.)

Anyways, nice work you both did on this piece. :) The line-work, and color/shading is great.
Katt looks great, and I like how you used her SF manga outfit. Slippy looks adorable all short, and blushing. Hehe
